AIS – The Spa Method

This therapy is performed clothed in a nurturing environment that encourages the client to take part in his or her own well-being. After a physical evaluation, the client and therapist decide on the AIS Plan of Action. AIS-The Spa Method consists of Upper Body, Lower Body and Hands and Feet Routines and can be customized to the client’s particular needs.
